Dorothy Ruth Reners, 94, of Mesa, Ariz. And formerly of Noblesville, passed away on Tuesday evening, June 30, 2020 at Riverwalk Village of Noblesville.
Born March 14, 1926 in Vermillion County, Indiana, she was the daughter of the late Samuel and Cora (Spurr) Inman.
She enjoyed traveling and the adventures that would unfold during her trips. Louisiana and Canada were some of her usual haunts, but her favorite destinations involved visiting family, especially when it came to her grandkids. She also enjoyed going camping and fishing, and was an avid gardener.
Mrs. Reners also liked to play cards, and when she played, she played to win. She had a fierce competitive streak and would not settle for second place. She enjoyed many different card games, but euchre was her favorite. When she was feeling particularly lucky, Dorothy would visit one of her favorite casinos and try to beat the house.
