Ruby Mae Mullins, 65, of Sheridan, passed away at 3:15 p.m. on July 21, 2020 at her home.
She was born May 9, 1955, in Lafayette, Ind., to Arthur & Carol (Bedford) Ramey.
Mrs. Mullins was a 1973 graduate of Clinton Central High School. She lived in Frankfort and Kirklin before moving to Sheridan for the last 16 years.
She married Robert Mullins on Nov. 2, 1974 and he preceded her in death on March 18, 1990.
She worked for Allied Solutions, LLC in Carmel as an insurance processor for 22 years, retiring on June 15, 2020. Mrs. Mullins was of the Christian faith and loved her family.
Survivors include two sons, Robert (Tiffany) Mullins of Kissimmee, Fla. and Justin (Michelle) Mullins of Camarillo, Calif.; 17 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Miranda Dwigans; two sisters, Rose Brown and Carolyn Singletary; and one brother, James Earl Ramey.
Services are scheduled for noon Saturday, July 25, 2020 at Goodwin Funeral Home in Frankfort. Family and friends may pay their respects from 10 a.m. until the time of service. The family asks that in accordance with guidelines, visitors maintain social distancing and that a mask be worn. Burial is planned for a later date in Oak Hill Cemetery in Kirklin.
